Repairs

Stuff happens. We are happy to repair your jewelry should something happen to it. Danielle Morris Jewelry is guaranteed on defects in material or workmanship for 30 days after delivery. Should something happen due to normal wear and tear, improper care, or damage resulting from misuse will void this guarantee. If your piece has been damaged and you are interested in a repair, please send a photo and description of the damage to [email protected]. We will assess the damage and let you know if a repair is possible with an estimated cost for repair. All repairs are subject to shipping charges. 

Repairs take 4-8 weeks to complete depending on the nature of the repair. Once a repair is complete we will notify you by email and provide the tracking number as soon as it ships. 

We are not responsible for any repairs or alterations by any third party jewelers. We are unable to repair items that have been previously altered or repaired by any third party jewelers.
