Shipping
Each piece of our jewelry is carefully handcrafted and takes approximately 4-8 weeks to complete. Once your piece is ready, we offer a flat rate shipping fee of $35 via UPS 2nd Day Air for all orders within the contiguous United States. All shipments are fully insured, and a signature is required upon delivery. Please make sure that someone is available to sign for the package at the desired delivery address. Please note, we are unable to ship to a P.O. Box. Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship internationally.
If you have a specific question about timing of an order or need it by a certain date, please send us a message or give us a call at 646.971.0481 and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
Lost, stolen or damaged package? Oh no! Don’t fret, please submit a claim with the shipping carrier. Once you are given a Claim Number please email us at [email protected] and provide your Order Number and Claim Number and we will work together to find a resolution. If the package arrived damaged, please save all of the packing material and photograph it immediately as you will need it for claim purposes. Be sure to include the photos in the email you send to us as well.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. Each piece of Danielle Morris Jewelry is one of a kind or made to order. Therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges. We want you to love your jewelry so if you have any questions, or want us to send you additional photos of a specific piece or gemstone prior to ordering, we are happy to do so.
